Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, team, financials, and culture of your center. You will lead operations, drive sales, and build winning teams across all departments, from bowling to events.

You will manage full P&L responsibility, set expectations, and ensure guest satisfaction with a floor-first leadership presence during peak periods. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, at one of our US

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in a high-volume, guest-focused venue.
• Proven record of driving sales growth and hitting financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events, and marketing.
• Build high-performing teams with accountability and hospitality.
• Set performance expectations across sales, operations, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
• Maintain clean, guest-ready facilities and attractions.
