Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a General Manager to own the guest experience, lead the team, drive financial results, and shape center culture across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, and events.

You will lead operations, set performance goals, manage P&L, and develop leaders on the floor with a focus on guest hospitality and peak-period leadership, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume guest-focused venues (entertainment, hospitality, or full-service restaurant).
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and meet financial targets.
• Full P&L fluency including budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and cost control.
• Ability to build and develop leadership teams from the ground up.
• Visible floor-first leadership during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead all center operations across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events.
• Drive daily sales through guest engagement, events, and marketing.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and foster hospitality.
• Set performance expectations and ensure consistent results in sales, ops, and guest satisfaction.
• Own full P&L including labor, COGS, inventory, and cost controls.
• Keep facility, attractions, kitchen, bar, and event spaces guest-ready.
