Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process cash, credit card and gift card transactions accurately.
• Upsell menu items and maintain knowledge of sauces and promotions.
• Answer customer questions and offer menu recommendations.
• Balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Front of House area.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and wear the required uniform.
• Handle complaints and escalate to a manager when needed.
• Leave guests with a positive Wingstop experience.
