Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a friendly Cashier to deliver fast, accurate service during order taking, whether by phone or in person. You will work with team members in both the front of house and back of house to ensure guests are satisfied and have received their orders on time.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, upselling menu items, maintaining knowledge of sauces and promotions, ensuring order accuracy, and following safety and sanitation guidelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and register (POS) system preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly in person or by phone and take orders; upsell and describe menu items and promotions.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time; verify presentation before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized FOH area; follow sanitation guidelines.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately and balance the register.
• Provide excellent guest service and escalate issues to the manager as needed.
