Job summary

Wingstop in Dallas is seeking a friendly cashier to join our fast-paced team. You will take orders in person and over the phone, process payments, upsell popular items, and ensure accuracy and speed to deliver a great Wingstop experience.

Responsibilities include balancing the register, maintaining front-of-house cleanliness, handling cash, credit, and gift cards, and providing excellent customer service while adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Previous restaurant experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to handle cash, cards, and gift cards accurately.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell and know menu items and promotions.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person or by phone.
• Process payments and balance cash drawer at shift end.
• Prepare and upsell menu items and specials.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and maintain clean front-of-house.
• Address customer questions and escalate issues to management.
