Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a friendly cashier to greet guests, take orders, and handle payments with speed and accuracy. You will collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely, upsell items, and help maintain a clean, welcoming front-of-house.

Excellent customer service, basic math, and cash handling skills are essential. Experience in fast-paced dining is a plus, and a Food Handler Certification is required to join our team.

Qualifications

• Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant or fast-food cashier experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome them to Wingstop.
• Take orders in person or by phone and upsell where appropriate.
• Process cash, credit, and gift card transactions accurately.
• Verify ages for alcohol purchases when required.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, sauces, and promotions.
• Balance cash drawer at shift end and assist in keeping FOH clean.
