Job summary

WingStop is seeking a diligent cashier to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The role requires accurate cash handling, friendly customer service, and the ability to upsell items while maintaining knowledge of the menu and promotions.

Candidates should be comfortable with a computerized POS system, teamwork, and upholding safety and sanitation guidelines. A Food Handler Certification is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in person and over the phone.
• Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions clearly and accurately.
• Answer customer questions and provide menu recommendations.
• Ensure orders are read within company quote times and accuracy checked before serving.
• Balance cash drawers at shift end and prepare for next shift.
• Maintain a clean and stocked Front of House area and comply with safety standards.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Handle customer complaints by guiding to a manager when needed.
