WingStop is seeking a dedicated cashier to greet customers, take orders, and process payments accurately while upselling menu items. You will coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include balancing the register, handling inquiries, and maintaining a clean FOH.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant and taking orders.
• Place orders for customers in-person and over the phone; upsell and maintain menu knowledge.
• Process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Monitor that orders are read within company quote times.
• Verify wings are presentable and double-check orders before serving.
• Balance the register at the end of shift; prepare for next shift.
