Job summary

Wingstop in the United States is seeking a friendly cashier to take and relay orders to the kitchen, balance cash drawers, and assist guests with menu recommendations. You’ll be quick and efficient, communicate clearly with crew members, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.

Qualifications

• Proficient with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to handle cash accurately and balance drawers.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and people skills under pressure.
• Demonstrates integrity and accountability in day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers as they enter the restaurant.
• Take orders in-person and over the phone; relay to kitchen staff; upsell items.
• Process payments (cash, card, gift card) and verify age where needed.
• Provide accurate menu information and recommendations to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized Front of House area and assist in prep when needed.
• Balance the cash register at shift end and prepare it for the next shift.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment.
