Wingstop is seeking a cashier to join our team on site. You will take orders, handle payments, upsell, and interact with guests to ensure a fast, friendly experience.

The role requires accuracy with cash handling, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills in a high-energy restaurant setting. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, verifying ages when needed, and maintaining a clean Front of House.

Qualifications

• Greet and assist customers in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain friendly, professional interactions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers entering the restaurant.
• Take orders in-person and over the phone; upsell and stay knowledgeable on menu items.
• Accurately process cash, credit card and gift card transactions; verify age for alcohol purchases.
• Answer questions and make menu recommendations.
• Ensure orders are read within company quote times.
• Double-check all wings before handing to the customer.
• Balance the register at the end of the shift.
• Help keep Front of House clean and stocked.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to promote workplace safety.
• Maintain a professional appearance per uniform standards.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to the manager as needed.
• Leave customers with a positive Wingstop experience.
