Job summary

Michaels Monona is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking merchandise, and maintaining attractive, in-stock aisles through planograms and recovery processes.

Responsibilities also include promoting the Rewards program, handling buy online pickup in store and ship from store, and adhering to SOPs while supporting safety and loss prevention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock condition; support safety programs.
