Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Monona, WI is seeking a Store - Monona framing team member to assist customers and deliver custom framing solutions. You’ll help customers shop, locate products, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

In this role you will support framing orders, operate the cash register, and contribute to a fast, friendly checkout experience while upholding SOPs and company standards. This position requires weekend and evening availability.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and help them find framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results with accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead capacity in the absence of the Framing Manager and train junior team members.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and other assigned areas.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and adhere to cash handling standards.
