Job summary

Michaels, located in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking an in-store team member to deliver friendly customer service and seamless checkout experiences. You will help customers find products, participate in omni-channel processes, and maintain store standards through stocking, merchandising, and recovery tasks.

The role supports truck unloads, planograms, and SISO/AD sets, with opportunities to cross-train in framing-related duties. Retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys.
• Participate in Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes (POGs).
• Maintain merchandise and recovery, including go-back and returns processes.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties.
