Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for the Monona, WI store. You will help customers create custom framing solutions, guide them to products, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock shopping environment.

Responsibilities include completing framing orders with high quality and on time, operating the cash register, and supporting omni-channel processes while adhering to SOPs and safety programs. Night and weekend shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Basic computer and measurement skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience or strong customer-service orientation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting framing options and finding products.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions to standard.
