Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a part-time Cashier in Cincinnati, OH. You will deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast and accurate checkout experience.

You’ll also help with truck unload, stocking, and in-store merchandising to keep the store well organized and in stock. Responsibilities include engaging customers about the Rewards program, enrollments, and VOC surveys; participating in BOPIS/SFS processes; and supporting safety and SOP compliance while

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help shoppers find products.
• Provide fast, accurate checkout experiences with cash handling.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) tasks.
• Support omnichannel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in store recovery, merchandising, and safety programs.
