Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and customer-focused hospitality
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and reserve room accommodations for guests
• Assist guests via phone with reservations and offers
• Input guest information accurately into systems
• Upsell accommodations and events where appropriate
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information
• Operate hotel property management and call center systems
