Bally's Corporation is seeking a customer-focused reservations and guest-services specialist. You will handle hotel room reservations, apply available offers, and input guest data accurately while maintaining confidentiality.

Strong communication and a friendly, professional phone presence are essential. Ideal candidates are comfortable with multiple systems, can multitask during high-volume periods, and will contribute to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong computer literacy and data entry accuracy
• Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and customer-focused hospitality
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
