Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a restaurant server to clear and reset tables, assist food servers, and deliver courteous, efficient service to guests. The role requires maintaining clean dining areas and stock levels while following health and safety standards.

Flexibility is needed, as the hotel operates 24/7; shifts vary. Prior food service knowledge and a current Food Handler Card are preferred to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards and guest etiquette.
• Knowledge of proper table settings and service ware.
• Able to understand inquiries in English and communicate simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and assist servers.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area to meet health standards.
• Stock and organize service stations with needed supplies.
• Assist with delivering orders and pre-busing tables.
• Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• Provide courteous and efficient guest service throughout shifts.
