Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a restaurant team member to clear and reset tables and assist food servers with courteous, professional service. The role supports daily operations in a fast-paced hotel dining environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stations, replenishing supplies, serving beverages, and adhering to safety procedures. The position requires flexibility with shifts and a neat, groomed appearance as per the handbook.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card or in process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage prep, service standards and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain a clean dining area.
• Support servers and deliver beverages, breads and butter to guests.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Assist with station stocking and cleanliness during all shifts.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain professional appearance.
