Driftwood Hospitality Management seeks a restaurant server to clear and reset tables and assist food servers while delivering courteous, professional service. The role operates 24/7 with varying shifts, and requires maintaining cleanliness and stock at service stations.

Responsibilities include serving beverages, aiding guests, and supporting servers during busy periods while adhering to health and safety standards. A current Food Handler Card and knowledge of liquor regulations are required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Must have a current Food Handler Card or be in the process of certification.
• Basic knowledge of food/beverage preparation and service standards.

Responsabilités

• Clear and reset tables quickly and assist servers during service.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and stations per health standards.
• Assist with delivering orders, pre-busing tables, and stocking supplies.
