Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a team-oriented Restaurant Busser to clear and reset tables, assist the food servers, and provide courteous, professional service to guests. The role supports a 24/7 hotel restaurant operation with varied shifts.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean stations, stocking supplies, serving beverages and breads, and helping with guest requests while adhering to safety rules and company policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and promptly reset tables.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter; replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel products to meet health standards.
• Fold napkins and roll silverware to maintain supplies.
• Stock and maintain service stations with proper supplies.
• Assist servers in the delivery of orders and pre-busing tables.
• Perform other duties as requested to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow all company policies, safety and security procedures.
