Driftwood Hospitality Management’s Cocoa Beach property is seeking an entry-level food service teammate to clear and reset tables and assist servers in a busy hotel dining room. The role supports courteous, professional, and efficient guest service across all shifts.

The position operates in a 24/7 hotel environment with varying shift days and hours; team members maintain cleanliness, stock stations, and uphold health and safety standards while providing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card or in the process of being certified.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
• Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries and give simple instructions.
• Ability to comprehend and apply product labeling instructions to enable safe application of products in the hotel.

Responsabilités

• Clear and reset tables quickly and maintain cleanliness to meet health standards.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations and stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter and replenish as needed.
• Transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Follow safety, security and fire procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
• Assist servers in delivering orders and busing tables.
• Perform related duties as requested by supervisor/manager.
