Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Server at the Mayflower Park Hotel in Seattle. You will deliver meals to guests, maintain table settings, assist the service team, and help ensure a welcoming dining experience.

Applicants should have a high school education or equivalent; hospitality experience is preferred. Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification is desirable. This role requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs, with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food to guests dining in restaurant.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with their food.
• Maintain safety by transporting equipment properly.
• Stock restaurant items (glasses, utensils, napkins, etc.).
• Clear and reset tables promptly during service.
• Clean and sanitize bar and table surfaces.
• Assist service team to meet guest expectations.
• Follow managers' and supervisors' instructions.
