Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in Food & Beverage operation required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and organize F&B outlets to ensure high standards.
• Collaborate with vendors for seasonal menus and product rollout.
• Monitor service quality and product; maintain adherence to brand requirements.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service and staff satisfaction.
• Maintain high energy, professional appearance, and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct inventories and submit reports to accounting in a timely manner.
