Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• One to three years high-volume bar experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.
• California RBS Certification required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and servers for table delivery.
• Take beverage and food orders at the bar and describe menu items to customers.
• Restock bar inventory and supplies.
• Provide opening and closing inventory of spirits.
• Ensure liquor, beer and wine are stored safely and properly.
• Assist with recipe batching, garnishes, and bar prep tasks.
• Maintain bar equipment cleanliness and proper operation.
• Verify customer IDs and enforce legal drinking age policies.
• Operate cash register and process payments.
• Assist servers and other bartenders as needed.
• Participate in outlet deep cleaning.
• Follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
