Job summary

URBN is seeking friendly, responsive servers to enhance the dining experience across its brands. You will greet guests, explain specials, and provide beverage pairings while guiding guests through the menu and regional dishes.

Role requires strong guest service, multitasking, and the ability to stand for long periods. Training and benefits are available, with opportunities to contribute to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a comparable restaurant preferred.
• Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Personable and professional demeanor.
• Passion for great food and service.
• Ability to stand for long periods (up to 8 hours).
• Able to reach, bend and stoop.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Inform guests of specials and menu changes.
• Make recommendations and suggest beverage pairings.
• Answer questions about the menu and regional foods.
• Answer questions about beverage lists and wine/beer origins.
• Take orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Clear and reset tables between courses.
• Maintain clean service areas.
• Ensure guests are satisfied and respond to requests.
