Job summary

URBN is seeking a dedicated Service Assistant to support guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment in Bucks County. You will help with table service, food delivery, and maintaining a clean, organized dining room while coordinating with team members across service roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
• Polished, professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately and assist guests with needs.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Memorize table numbers and help FOH during high-volume periods.
• Support opening and closing duties and general dining room upkeep.
