Job summary

URBN is hiring a Service Assistant to support guest experience in a fast-paced dining environment. You will help with food delivery, table service, and seamless collaboration across service roles, ensuring a clean, organized dining room and timely service.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a positive team attitude, and is flexible with hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and growth opportunities are available within the URBN family.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; passion for details and guest experience.
• Polished appearance with a professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with menu knowledge.
• Assist guests and relay questions or concerns to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of guest departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders and dining room upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized expo areas and service stations.
• Polish silverware, glassware and plateware; monitor trash/recycling.
• Ensure safe walkways; memorize table/seat numbers for efficiency.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate concerns to team leads; assist during peak periods.
• Support opening/closing duties and dining room resets.
