URBN is seeking a detail-oriented Service Assistant to support guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment. You will ensure clean, organized dining spaces and timely table service while collaborating with FOH and kitchen teams.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; attention to detail is valued.
• Polished, professional appearance with a team mindset.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages accurately with menu knowledge.
• Assist guests and relay questions to the team.
• Clear and reset tables within 3 minutes of departure.
• Assist with packaging takeout orders.
• Maintain awareness of the dining room and proactively assist.
• Keep kitchen expo areas, service stations, and dining room clean and organized.
• Polish and restock silverware, glassware, and plateware.
• Monitor and remove trash and recycling regularly.
• Ensure safe and clear walkways for guests and staff.
• Memorize table numbers to aid in service.
• Learn menu details, ingredients, and allergen protocols.
• Communicate guest concerns to team leads.
• Assist FOH during high-volume periods.
• Help with opening and closing duties, including setting dining room.
