Job summary

URBN is seeking a Service Assistant to support a seamless guest experience in a busy restaurant environment. You will help deliver pizzas and beverages, ensure order accuracy, assist servers, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining space.

Ideal candidates are flexible, able to stand and move quickly, and thrive in a team-focused setting. Full-time roles come with medical, PTO, 401(k), and employee meals.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred but not required; strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm, and move quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and select holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas, salads, and beverages with friendly introductions.
• Check dish accuracy, allergies, and modifications before serving.
• Monitor dining room flow; support servers and offer refills.
• Clear, wipe, and reset tables promptly; maintain a welcoming environment.
• Assist during rush periods and complete opening/closing sidework.
• Keep expo, service stations, and to-go areas clean and stocked.
