Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Captain to orchestrate the guest service experience alongside the bell staff, ensuring service standards are met during guest arrival and departure. You will assist with luggage delivery and pickup and may handle critical issues when management is not on-site.

The role reports to the Account Manager and involves coordination, administration, and providing guidance as needed. Night shift is preferred with open availability.

• Ability to follow directions and coordinate with bell staff and manager.
• Knowledge of hotel layout, services, and guest transportation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests alongside bell staff to meet or exceed site standards.
• Assist guests with luggage, including delivery and pickup during arrival and departure.
• Coordinate and administer tasks under the Account Manager, providing troubleshooting when on-site management is unavailable.
• Report non-urgent issues to the manager and seek instruction on how to proceed.
