Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Bell Captain to orchestrate guest service for hotel guests and coordinate with bell staff to meet service standards. This role handles luggage delivery and pick-up during arrivals and departures and reports to the Account Manager for coordination and guidance when on-site.

The position offers a night shift preference, competitive compensation, and benefits including insurance options and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
1–3 months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Customer service experience preferred.
Knowledge of bell attendant responsibilities.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.

Responsibilities

Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests and staff.
Acknowledge and greet guests within 5 feet, maintaining a professional, friendly demeanor.
Assist with room presentation and changes; know room types.
Know facility details, rates, and transportation options; coordinate luggage tagging.
Lead bell staff, assign routine roles, and support Account Manager as needed.
Complete tasks on schedule, report issues to Account Manager, and participate in client meetings.
