Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality and assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure. You will greet guests, maintain a friendly demeanor, and provide directions and concierge-level service for a seamless stay.

Shift schedules vary (7:00am–3:00pm, 3:00pm–11:00pm, 11:00pm–7:00am) with mid-shifts depending on resort volumes; on-site interviews will confirm exact hours. High school diploma or GED required; Wheelchair Safety Training is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write standard English and understand simple instructions.
• Ability to present information clearly to guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services in a friendly, attentive manner.
• Assist guests with luggage and delivery/pick up during arrival and departure.
• Maintain professional demeanor with guests, co-workers, and clients.
• Greet guests by last name and use proper Towne Park etiquette.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations, and inquiries.
