Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. You will assist with luggage during arrival and departure, greet guests by name, and provide directions and information about local attractions.

The role requires strong English communication, punctuality, and the ability to work a variety of shifts. Seasonal positions are available with eligibility for enrollment in company benefits where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend basic English.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Provide directions, taxi referrals, and information about hotel amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of guest services area and assist with room changes as needed.
• Deliver messages, items and guest amenities as requested.
