Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Bell Captain to orchestrate the service experience for hotel guests and work with bell staff to meet or exceed standards. The role involves assisting guests with luggage, coordinating and reporting to the Account Manager, and handling non-urgent issues with sound judgment.

The position emphasizes professional demeanor, aggressive hospitality, and detailed knowledge of the facility, rates, and local attractions. Night shift is preferred with open availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• One to three months related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of bell attendant responsibilities
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
• Must understand 24 hour and military time systems.
• Must clearly understand rates applicable to time passed.
• Duties are performed with directions; judgments may be required during non-urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Greets guests within 5 feet while remaining professional and friendly.
• Delivers aggressive hospitality to guests as part of “The Show Behind the Show.”
• Assists guests with room changes and luggage handling as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of the facility, outlets, meeting rooms, and local attractions.
• Ensures accurate tagging and transport of luggage and items for guests.
