Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality to guests in a friendly, efficient manner. You will assist with luggage on arrival and departure, greet guests professionally, and provide directions and area information.

The role requires reading/writing English and basic math for handling cash tips and time calculations. Compensation includes a base hourly rate of $12 plus tips averaging $30–$50 per shift, with open availability for the work schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Must complete Wheelchair Safety Training course provided by Towne Park.
• Must be able to read and write standard English.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure.
• Maintain a pleasant demeanor and greet guests using last names when possible.
• Assist with directions, taxis, reservations and area information.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors and ensure safe transport of luggage.
