Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. seeks an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators and managers. You will own the guest experience, drive services and retail sales, and ensure world-class service across salons, boutiques and makeup counters.

In this role you’ll coach and develop staff, manage scheduling and operations, uphold standards, and translate brand priorities into daily store performance while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and cosmetology license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to store procedures, inventory control, and payroll budgeting.
• Develop staff through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Improve guest experience and loyalty through exceptional service and operations.
• Manage schedules, performance metrics, and brand standards across services and retail.
