Ballast Wax in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Wax Specialist to deliver high-quality waxing services in a private suite and build a loyal guest book. This in-person role requires an active esthetician/cosmetologist license and offers part-time and full-time options with evenings and weekends available.

You will join a nationally recognized brand with ongoing training, strong guest relations focus, and opportunities to grow within Ballast Wax’s franchise network.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state where applying; license required.
• In-person role; part-time and full-time options available.
• Evenings and weekends availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality waxing services in a private suite following brand protocols.
• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism; educate on post-wax care.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Support sales goals by recommending skincare products and service packages.
• Maintain hygiene and sanitation to uphold brand standards.
