Job summary

Mr C. Hotels is seeking a friendly, attentive bar staff member for Salt Ranch on the outskirts of East Nashville. You will support bar operations, restock supplies, and help ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include accurate cash handling, knowledge of all drinks, proper glassware, and adherence to liquor liability policies. You must communicate well, work as part of a team, and be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Know drink recipes, prices, glassware, garnishes and beverage options.
• Handle cash accurately; operate MICROS or registers and manage tips.
• Provide excellent guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Be trained on liquor liability within 30 days and every 2 years.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive relations.
