Salt Ranch in Nashville is seeking a full-time bartender to manage bar operations, maintain supplies, and ensure exceptional guest service.

The role requires in-depth knowledge of liquor, recipes, glassware, and garnishes, plus accurate cash handling and familiarity with MICROS. You will work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate guest needs, resolve issues, and participate in ongoing liquor liability training.

Responsabilidades

• Efficiently maintain bar supplies and daily requisitions.
• Be familiar with liquor types, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices and available beverages.
• Handle cash, MICROS/registers, tips, and guest charges accurately.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years.
