Job summary

Salt Ranch in East Nashville is seeking a full-time bartender to join the team. You will maintain bar supplies, prepare daily requisitions, and ensure all drinks are prepared with proper glassware and garnishes.

Proficiency in drink recipes, pricing, and POS/cash handling is essential for accurate billing and guest satisfaction. You will also anticipate guest needs, resolve complaints, and participate in ongoing liquor liability training to comply with policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Wamiliar with cash handling procedures and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and glassware for each recipe.
• Handle payments accurately and follow cash handling procedures.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete liquor‑liability training within 30 days and every 2 years thereafter.
