Salt Ranch on the outskirts of East Nashville is seeking a bar-focused hospitality team member. You will maintain bar supplies, master liquor recipes, and handle guest transactions with precision, ensuring accurate charges for drinks.

You will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, and resolve issues to maximize satisfaction. Training on liquor liability is provided biennially to keep compliance current.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Efficiently maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions.
• Familiar with liquor varieties, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Know drink recipes, prices, and types of beverages available.
• Handle cash accurately, including MICROS or registers and tip policies.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive formal liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years thereafter.
