• Know drink recipes, prices and beverage types available.
• Handle cash, MICROS system, discounts and general money intake.
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Receive liquor liability training within 30 days and every 2 years.
