Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver outstanding customer service to guests and provide knowledge about all products offered. The role includes assisting with admissions, ticketing, and at points of sale, while upselling and ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will engage with groups and families, guide guests through the attraction, and uphold safety and service standards to create memorable LEGO experiences for fans of all ages.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Enthusiasm for representing the LEGO Group.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with eye contact and a smile.
• Answer questions about attraction tickets and pricing.
• Direct and assist guests on kiosk purchases and at point of sale.
• Learn and execute upselling sales targets.
• Deliver personalized interactions to guests.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle payments.
• Stock merchandise and maintain food safety standards.
• Be informed about rides and exhibits to provide accurate information.
