Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is seeking a Guest Experience Host in Milpitas, CA to deliver world-class service for LEGO fans and guests. You will share knowledge about all attractions and products, assist guests, and support ride operations while embracing The Merlin Way and its values.

Role emphasizes imaginative LEGO play, guest obsession, and exceptional customer interactions across Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, and Café segments.

Qualifications

• Passion for excellent guest service.
• Working knowledge of all exhibits to deliver correct information.
• Operate the rides.
• Usher and guide guests through the attraction.
• Interact with guests as a Costume Character or Character Assistant.
• Teach kids the importance of play.

Responsibilities

There are four areas of the business where the Guest Experience Host can be assigned: Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, and Food and Beverage (Café). This is what we do every day.
