Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking team members for LEGO Brand Retail stores in a dynamic, guest‑focused environment. You will greet guests, handle all cash register duties and maintain a clean, visually stimulating store following LEGO Brand Retail standards.

Role information emphasizes flexible scheduling, including weekends, with a hybrid policy that typically averages three office days weekly. The job supports collaboration, safety, and a passion for playful learning.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and perform all cash register functions.
• Maintain store displays and uphold LEGO Brand Retail standards.
• Safely operate the stockroom and assist with merchandise receiving.
• Be available for up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
• Hybrid work schedule averaging 3 days in the office. (per policy)

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
• Process information/merchandise through the register system.
• Work various hours, days, nights and weekends as business decides.
• Freely access all areas of the store including sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
• Physical requirements: movement, lifting up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods.
• Availability for up to 25 hours per week across at least three days.
