The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Guest Experience Host to deliver outstanding customer service to guests and provide knowledge about all products offered. The role includes assisting with admissions, ticketing, and at points of sale, while upselling and ensuring guest satisfaction.
You will engage with groups and families, guide guests through the attraction, and uphold safety and service standards to create memorable LEGO experiences for fans of all ages.
The Guest Experience Host role provides excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by providing them with knowledge about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. Seeking exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. There are four areas of an attraction where the Guest Experience Host can be assigned: Admissions, Retal, Guest Experience/Ride Operators, and Food and Beverage.

Education and Experience: Must be at least 16 years of age. Excellent customer service skills. Enthusiasm for representing the brand. Previous transactional experience with strong interpersonal skills is preferred. Fun, Positive attitude. Strong communication skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Ability to deal with large crowds. Ability to prioritize multiple guests. Ability to maintain a high level of enthusiasm while doing repetitive work. Reliable and punctual.
Ability to obtain related licenses or certification as may be required to perform the essential functions of the position or as required by law.
