Job summary

LEGOLAND Discovery Centre in Milpitas, CA seeks a Guest Experience Host to deliver world-class service and memorable experiences for every guest. You will interact with families, explain exhibits, operate rides when needed, and guide guests in LEGO-building activities. Costume character interactions and a guest-obsessed attitude are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate passion for excellent guest service.
• Have working knowledge of all exhibits to deliver correct information.
• Operate the rides.
• Guide guests to build imaginative LEGO creations.
• Interact with guests as a Costume Character or Character Assistant.
• Be "Guest Obsessed" and provide exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable guidance about all products and exhibits through positive guest interactions.
• Support guests as they navigate Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, and Café areas as assigned.
• Usher and guide guests through the attraction.
• Assist guests in LEGO-building activities and play experiences.

What you'll bring to the team

Scope of job: The primary role is to provide excellent customer service to all guests entering the attraction by providing them with knowledge about all the products the attraction has to offer through positive guest interactions. Seeking exceptional guest interaction at every opportunity. There are four areas of the business where the Guest Experience Host can be assigned: Admissions, Retail, Guest Experience, and Food and Beverage (Café). This is what we do every day. Guest Experience Host:
