Job summary

The LEGO Group is hiring for a Guest Experience Associate in the United States. You will greet guests, operate cash registers, and maintain a friendly, professional presence in LEGO stores.

You will also keep the store clean, maintain displays, and follow LEGO Brand Retail standards. As part of a hybrid work policy, you will have a primary workplace location with an average of 3 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and operate all cash register functions in-store.
• Provide a clean, safe, visually stimulating environment and maintain LEGO Brand Retail displays.
• Manage stockroom operations, receive merchandise, and follow safety regulations.
• Resolve customer issues and report to management.
• Engage with customers to enhance the LEGO experience.
• Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs to drive participation.
• Handle typical store operational tasks during your shift.
