Job summary

The Mather is seeking a Server Assistant in Tysons, Virginia for a part-time role that requires weeknight, weekend, and holiday availability. You will provide pleasant dining experiences, greet guests, and ensure accurate, safe, and timely food service while maintaining a neat appearance and supporting sanitation standards.

You will report to the Restaurant Manager and benefit from a comprehensive package, including PTO, a 401(k) with match, parking or transit support, and wellness programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes all tables with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Ensures accuracy of food orders and serves food in a safe, sanitary, timely manner.
• Maintains a neat and orderly appearance.
• Completes related tasks and side work as assigned.
• Communicates effectively with residents, peers, and managers.
• Communicates resident and guests concerns to supervisors and/or management.
• Assists in maintaining sanitation standards and goals.
