Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Guest Service Representative for El Paso Water Parks to welcome guests, answer inquiries, and assist with ticketing and entry processes. The role requires coordinating with other departments to ensure a safe, enjoyable park experience while maintaining high standards of service and appearance.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling transactions, supporting events, and participating in training programs.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to El Paso Water Parks in a warm, friendly manner.
• Provide information on ticket and season pass options and policies.
• Handle cash/credit card transactions and end-of-day reconciliations.
• Assist with hosting birthdays, cabana rentals, or special groups/events.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and uniform appearance.
• Deescalate guest concerns and escalate when needed.
